By accessing or using Find Asset ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Find Asset is a premium SaaS asset management platform that allows organizations to register, assign, track, and trace assets. The Service includes a 14-day free trial and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Free trial lasts 14 days with full feature access
• Monthly, yearly, and one-time payment plans are available
• All payments are processed through Paystack
• Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS); USD equivalent applies for international users
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with Service operations; upload malicious content; or violate any applicable laws.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. Find Asset acts as a data processor on your behalf. You may export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

Find Asset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or platform notification.
